Ready for the weekend? For me, it’s been a bit of a weird week. Some days have been busy but not chaotic, some days have been where everything seems to last longer than planned and I can’t catch up, and others I’ve had NO idea what day/time it was. 🙃
Being sick is FUN, am I right, or am I right? At least I’m almost back to normal, save for this stuffy/runny nose (that STILL boggles my mind how one’s nose can be both runny AND stuffy at the same time), and a slight cough I’ve started to develop.

Now that I’ve got that out of the way, here’s a look at what I wore to work this week. I hope you enjoy it. I can’t wait for the cooler weather to return, as I am missing my sweaters, blazers, and jackets. Oh! I should remember to break out my scarves as well. It’s been a hot minute, since I’ve worn them.
I freely admit that during the summer season, I really get into a bit of a style rut, because it’s just too blasted hot and humid outside, that I can’t really wear what I normally would when it’s cooler or cold outside. I’d love to find some linen pieces to wear through the season, but it’s funny (not funny) how such a lightweight fabric comes with such a heavy price tag… While I do enjoy thrifting, those really aren’t the kinds of pieces that I see in the stores.
