I don’t really have a whole lot to say today, as I’m still doing some recovering and processing from yesterday. To the handful of people that reached out in support, I truly thank each of you. It’s very helpful to have some support and kindness when trying to be authentic and vulnerable.
One of the baristas at the Starbucks where I normally go to pick up my morning peach green tea lemonade complimented me on my outfit today. I was so thankful, and it was the pick-me-up I needed today. It helped to counteract the self-doubts of whether or not I am actually seen in the world. Today, that answer was “yes”. 🙏🏼
