Happy Friday! Did everyone have a great week? Oddly for me, I have had a relatively “okay” week, and wasn’t really sad, melancholy, blasé, or meh for much of it, save for one day.
I’m not quite sure what to think about it. 😂
I’m of the over-thinker, over-analyzer persuasion, so there must be some alternative motive for my mood change… LOL
I’ll think (er, OVER-think) about it on my own time. Anyway….
I also wanted to try something new this week. I came across this on another blog last week, and thought it would be a great thing to try, in hopes that it might help keep my spirits lifted, but also in hopes of inspiring some creativity as well.
What is it? A gratitude list. I wanted to try and list 5 things each week that I found myself grateful for. This is very much a work in progress, as I have never done anything like this before, so it will be in TEENY TINY baby steps. I’m composing my list for each day of the week.
My Gratitude List for This Week
Monday: feeling in an okay mood
Tuesday: nothing
Wednesday: amazing Chinese food
Thursday: leftover amazing Chinese food
Friday: sunshine on a relatively nice day
Now, now, I told you: BABY. STEPS. Don’t at me. 😅
