Happy Friday, or Fri-yay! Have to admit, I definitely prefer “Fri-yay”.
Today has been a bit of a strange day for me. I can’t really put my finger on exactly why, though. I get this feeling that something profound and/or thought-provoking happened today, and I have NO idea what it was. Ever have a feeling like that? To add to that, the day has been whizzing by. It feels like it should only be noon or so, but it’s almost FOUR O’CLOCK as I’m writing this. What the what?
Maybe it is the bi-weekly meeting we have with our director that’s throwing me off. Maybe it’s the one-on-one time I had with him to discuss a few things. I don’t know. It’s definitely not a bad thing, but it’s just something I can’t quite pin down. It feels like it’s a positive thing, so I’m going to try and not dwell on it, and leave it in that mindset.
It’s a good thing.
It’s a GOOD thing.
On the subject of good things, it’s about time for me to share what I’m grateful for this week. It’s a number of little things, but every little bit of positivity helps, right?
Finally, here’s a look back at what I wore to work this week. I’ve been feeling in a bit of an outfit rut, but I’m going to try and lean into that. Yes, my outfits as of late have been more on the very casual side. As a friend over on Threads pointed out to me, I’m showing up and getting dressed, so there’s that. 😄
